This cake consist of moist raspberry butter cake sandwiched with raspberry buttercream, lychee fruit and slight hint of rose flavour. Raspberry lychee rose flavour was inspired from the flavour of Ispahan, a unique French flavour creation that has received many praises.
We use include raspberry fruit into our butter cake base and also blended smooth raspberry paste into our buttercream to bring out a delicious flavour of raspberry cake with a balance of the sweetness from lychee fruit.
This cake strictly use premium grade raspberry fruit and no artificial flavouring.
