d. Happy Bowz does not guarantee or endorse any items sold on the platform or any content posted by sellers.
e. As a valued member of our community, you have the right to flag or report any items or shops that violate Happy Bowz's policies, as long as it is done in a responsible manner.
2. Buying On Happy Bowz
When you make a purchase from a seller on Happy Bowz, it is important to understand and agree to the following terms:
a. Sellers on Happy Bowz have individual shop policies, processing times, and shipping methods, which may vary.
b. Before making a purchase, it is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the product details and shop policies provided by the seller.
c. To ensure a smooth transaction, you are required to provide accurate and complete delivery information to the seller.
d. It is strictly prohibited to engage in any activities that intentionally disrupt or cause harm to our sellers, such as purchasing from a seller solely to leave a negative review. We encourage respectful and fair interactions within our community.
3. Purchase and Sale of Alcohol
The purchase and sale of alcoholic products, referred to as 'Alcohol', on the Happy Bowz platform are subject to specific terms and conditions. By purchasing Alcohol on the platform, you, as an Alcohol Buyer, are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions, including age verification, legal compliance, and liability provisions. You represent and warrant that you and the Recipient (if applicable) are (a) aged 21 or above; (b) are not Muslim or otherwise prohibited from buying Alcohol under any law, regulation, or religion; and (c) understand the following: "MEMINUM ARAK BOLEH MEMBAHAYAKAN KESIHATAN" (Drinking alcohol can be detrimental to health). You may be required to provide photo identification for age verification purposes upon request. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Bowz and its affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from inaccuracies in your representations or breaches of laws or third-party rights.
4. Communication Rules & Regulations
At Happy Bowz, we have established communication guidelines to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all users. Please familiarize yourself with the following rules:
4.1 Unsolicited Materials:
Communication should not be used for sending spam, advertisements, promotions, or any other unsolicited materials.

Any access to buyer information should be used solely for Happy Bowz-related communication or facilitated transactions. It is not permissible to use this information for unsolicited commercial messages or unauthorized transactions. Adding a Happy Bowz user to your email or physical mailing list, or misusing sensitive information, is strictly prohibited without explicit buyer consent.

5. Using Our Review System
At Happy Bowz, we value the feedback and opinions of our buyers. To ensure a fair and transparent review system, please take note of the following guidelines:
a. Review Timeframe: Buyers have up to 30 days from the expected delivery date to leave a review for their purchased item.
b. Review Content: Reviews should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Avoid using obscene, vulgar, racist, or offensive language

- Refrain from including any form of advertising or spam in your reviews
- Do not engage in shilling or extortion activities. Manipulating reviews through threats, intimidation, bribery, or offering additional goods, services, or compensation in exchange for a positive review is strictly prohibited
- Reviews should uphold the integrity of Happy Bowz's review system and provide an honest and unbiased reflection of the buyer's opinion or experience
