Consists of:
1. 100% Caramel

• Caramel Sponge with Caramel Cremeux and Caramel Chantilly. Dipped in Nutty Milk Chocolate, spray with Caramel Chocolate Spray & decor with Caramel Sauce and a Feather Chocolate Decoration.

2. Passion Fruit Yogurt Gateaux

• Passionfruit Jelly, Yogurt Mousse, Almond Jaconde and Milky Chocolate Ganache as insert. Decortae with a noble nest-like piping with Yellow Neutral Jelly and Chocolate Decoration.

3. Exotic Coconut

• Coconut Dacquoise Base, Mango Passion Cremeux, Exotic Gelee and Coconut Chantilly. Dipped with Dark Chocolate and topped with Mango Fruit Filling & Pandan Leaves.

4. Hojicha

• Hojicha Sponge sandwich with Hojicha Cremeux and Hojicha Ganache. Dipped with Nutty Milk Chocolate, Hojicha Cream and Chocolate Feather.
