This cake is made of matcha greentea butter cake sandwiched with matcha greentea buttercream, greentea butter sable cookie crumb inside. The top of the cake is crowned with greentea lava, greentea buttercream and greentea matcha truffle. This cake promise a balance of bitter sweet flavour of matcha. We use only premium grade matcha greentea to make this cake. A recommended cake choice if you love greentea flavour. It is a perfect cake to pair with a cup of tea.
