Cake is made of moist and soft chocolate chiffon cake Cake is filled with dark chocolate buttercream with insert of cherry compote in middle. We use high quality cherry and no artificial flavoring. The exterior of the cake is coated with dark chocolate ganache with textured finishing to recreate the look of a tree log.
